Mark is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar. He received his undergraduate degree from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. He obtained his law degree (J.D.) from Washburn University School of Law and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M) from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law. Mark concentrates his efforts in life time estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, and the formation of guardianships and conservatorships. He also focuses his practice on estate and trust administration, including probate and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Mark also maintains a practice emphasis in small business planning, providing advice and counsel in general business, corporate law, and real estate, involving buying, selling, and contractual related matters. He finds great satisfaction in meeting with clients, explaining complex legal matters in a simple and straightforward manner, and having the opportunity to be referred to the client’s extended family members and friends.
